Aircon Service
From £144Air Conditioning Units servicing for homeowners & landlords by fully accredited F-Gas certified professional engineers.

Indoor Unit (Wall-Mounted)
Clean and inspect the air filters.
Inspect the evaporator coil for any light dust build-up. If required, the coil will be cleaned.
Test operating temperatures in both Cooling and Heating modes.
Clean the exterior casing to keep the unit looking clean and well-maintained.
Carry out a refrigerant leak check to ensure the system is operating safely and efficiently.
Inspect the condensate drainage system and confirm the drain pump is operating correctly (where fitted).
Before and after photos can be provided upon request.
Outdoor Unit (Condenser)Inspect the condenser coil for any light dirt or debris. If required, the coil will be cleaned.
Test operating temperatures in both Cooling and Heating modes.
Clean the exterior casing to maintain a professional appearance.
Carry out a refrigerant leak check.
Inspect the condenser fan to ensure it is operating correctly and spinning freely.

Air-conditioning maintenance prices cover the services listed for the selected package. Replacement refrigerant, condensate pumps, spare parts and additional remedial work are not included unless specifically stated.
Customers must provide safe access to the indoor and outdoor units, together with access to electricity and water where required. Jet washing will only be carried out with the customer’s permission.
Where a system is inaccessible, heavily contaminated, unsafe or already faulty, Westflow may be unable to complete the service. Any additional work identified will be explained and quoted for before it is carried out.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the booked service price. The full price may be charged where the customer does not attend or access cannot be provided.

From £192Comprehensive indoor and outdoor units air conditioning servicing, including professional jet washing, delivered by fully accredited F-Gas engineers.

Apply a specialist coil cleaner before thoroughly flushing with water to leave the coil clean and residue-free.

Complete Casing Clean
Remove the front casing and clean both the inside and outside of the unit.
Restore the unit's appearance, leaving it looking fresh and well-maintained.
Carry out a refrigerant leak check.
Full Drainage System Service
Flush the condensate tray and drain line.
Clean the condensate pump reservoir (where fitted).
Check the complete drainage system for blockages and correct operation.
Fan Barrel (Crossflow Fan) Inspection & Clean
Inspect the fan for dust, dirt and debris.
Remove any build-up that could restrict airflow.
Before and after photos can be provided upon request.
