The inspection covers the property and gas appliances agreed at the time of booking. Additional appliances, remedial work, replacement parts and repairs are not included unless specifically stated and will be quoted separately.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, appliances, meters and controls. Where an appliance or installation is found to be unsafe, Westflow will act in accordance with current Gas Safe requirements and may disconnect or make the appliance safe where necessary.
Appointments may be rearranged without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, missed appointments or failure to provide access may incur a charge.

This service includes a Gas Safety inspection and routine boiler service for the appliances agreed at booking. Routine seals and washers required during the boiler service are included; replacement parts, repairs and additional remedial work are not included unless specifically stated and will be quoted before work is carried out.
Please tell us about any known boiler faults, error codes, leaks, unusual noises or loss of pressure when booking. Where an existing fault requires diagnosis or repair, a separate call-out or quotation may be required.
The customer must provide safe access to the property, boiler, gas appliances, meters and controls. Any unsafe appliance or installation will be managed in accordance with current Gas Safe requirements.
