Boiler Service

Health and efficiency check
Condense trap cleaned
System filter cleaned (new seals may be required which would incur an additional cost)
Flue and terminal are checked for obstructions
System pressure topped up and and expansion vessel set to the correct pressure if applicable

Please tell us when booking if your boiler has any known faults, error codes, unusual noises, leaks or loss of pressure. A boiler service is routine maintenance; if there is an existing problem, a diagnostic call-out may be more appropriate.
During the service, your engineer may need to remove, clean and refit components. Replacement seals, washers and other parts, particularly on older boilers, are included in the service price unless specifically stated.
If we identify a faulty part or additional work is required, we will explain the issue and provide a quotation before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
