Diagnostic & Investigation
When diagnosing plumbing, heating, gas, drainage, or air conditioning issues, our call-out fee covers the first hour. Additional time is charged per half-hour. We’ll discuss any next steps before proceeding.
Evenings & Weekend
Our standard hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday to Friday. If you need an appointment outside these times, whether evening or weekend, just let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, we will advise on any additional charge for out-of-hours work before we arrive.
Quotes &
Site Visits
We offer free quotes. If a site visit is needed, a £30 fee applies, which is deducted from your final invoice if you proceed.
Parking & Congestion
If parking isn’t available or permits can’t be provided, any parking or congestion charges will be added to your final invoice.
